Our review
Typical Tifosi: great quality, lots of extras, nice styling and cheaper than other premium brands

Pros:

Light, durable, secure fit

Cons:

Frame vents can let in rain water

Tifosi’s Amok sunglasses are a full-frame set with a mid-size 44mm deep lens. The frame is made from a light and durable nylon material called Grilamid TR-90, which is claimed to resist chemical and UV damage, and is flexible yet stiff.

When worn, the sticky temple tips and adjustable soft nose-bridge do a great job of keeping the glasses in place even when the going gets rough.

The red tinted lenses do well in low light and are subtly photochromic too, so bright sunshine also gets short shrift.

The lenses are easy to switch out, though they only come with a single set of lenses, and feature small vents at the brow.

The frames themselves have large vents either side of the lens, so I didn’t get any fogging at all. However, on wet rides you do get the occasional spray through this gap, making you blink, and the occasional drop on the inside of the lens.
