North Wales based Fibrax produce these salmon-coloured brake blocks with an X-pattern to help move debris and improve performance in wet weather.
Following a short bedding-in period, they worked well but not perceptibly better than the black coloured Shimano cartridge brake brake blocks in wet conditions. They did, though, improve modulation when fitted to a set of Campagnolo Veloce brakes, and they are very reasonably priced.
