A unique hardcore fork that's compatible with pegs and a wider range of hubs than usual

Identiti are easily the most productive UK-based mountain bike component company right now, with a constant stream of new products hitting the shelves and more in development all the time.

The 1420 Rebate is a good example of lateral thinking. The super sturdy steel fork is already recognised as one of the better rigid dirt jump/skatepark forks around, but for 06 Identiti have made a step forward with an adaptable dropout system that will accept 14mm threaded axles or 20mm through axles. This means you get a wide choice of hubs to run; handy if you go through wheels at a fast rate.

One of the most unusual features is the ability to use BMX pegs for hitting up ledges and rails. We've been getting to grips with using pegs on a 26in-wheeled bike and it takes some doing, but you don't need to worry about hurting the fork because it's all but impervious to any street abuse you hand out.
