Well made with nice rings and average overall performance

This mid-price crank is a good looker that delivers decent if not outstanding performance for the price. For the extra £55 over FSA's Moto crankset, you get a broader arm profile, cold-forged in stronger 7050 alloy.

The scooped back of the arms drops 30g compared to the Moto, stiffness is increased and you get a shinier final finish too.

The same Pro chainrings as the more expensive Afterburner mean impressive rigidity and durability when you wind the power up. Laser-etched recessed centre fixing bolts look sweet and T30 chainring bolts give anti-strip security.

The matching Torx key and a handy plastic bottom bracket (BB) cup installer are included as well. Careful installation is vital to stop squeezed bearings, though, and even then BB life is only average, as is weight for the cost.
