Good value ergonomic grips for flat bar riding

Compared to the classic drop handlebar, which offers a host of hand positions, running a flat handlebar on your road bike is more likely to result in tingly or numb hands. Ergonomically shaped grips can really help by dissipating vibrations.

Although these On-One offerings have less of the broad, paddle shape design than the benchmark but pricier Ergons, they have triple density construction, a fit that sits nicely in the palm of the hand and a pleasing squishiness.

Lock-on collars ensure they won’t slip about in the wet but they do contribute to extra weight – these models are a relatively hefty 194g. They're worth a try if you suffer from sore hands while mountain biking too.
