At under 300g this is a respectably light bar considering it’s Syntace’s entry-level model. There’s a single inlay groove for cables and the exceptionally uniform shot-peened surface of the 2014 alloy adds to durability.
For the money this is a light, stiff bar that had enough ‘give’ in it to offer plenty of comfort on those longer rides. If sportive and Audax riding is your bag, you can’t buy a better all-round bar for the money.
