It comes in both stand and oversize clamp in lengths between 70 and 120mm (2.75in-4.7in) with an 8 degree rise to put you in a comfortable riding position.
At £24.99 it’s relatively cheap too – costing the same as its main rival, the forged construction On-One 3D. The faceplate has an inset Element E logo and apposing bolts on the rear clamp securely onto the steerer.
Nice features such as the graphic on the top of the stem and the amount of bolt torque makes this a good value buy.
