This reincarnation of the Kore B52 stem is designed to compete with the big guys when it comes to all-mountain performance. The stem is forged, and comes in seven length options, from 50 to 80mm, all with a 31.8mm bar clamp. A zero-degree rise keeps the front end low.
The faceplate has a polycarbonate insert featuring the Kore logo – this looks good and helps keep the weight down too. The B52 also remained stiff, even with hard wrenching on wide bars. The price is fine, especially considering how great this stem looks and how well it performs.
