Our review
A racer saddle that’s also good for thumping about

The Ritchey Streem had us fooled. We were expecting this thinly padded, flat-looking saddle to chop us clean in half in under an hour. How wrong we were – the WCS Streem proved that you shouldn’t judge books by covers.

Yes, it is quite a firm saddle, but there’s a degree of hull flex to help improve comfort, and the overall shape of the saddle is quite similar to the Selle Italia Signo – which we like. We found it easy to move about on the Streem, too, and for fast rides up to the three-hour mark, it has to be near the top of our list of favourites.

The Streem in WCS guise, with its titanium rails, is a fairly racy weight and consequently often gets the nod when we’re working on cross-country test bike builds. A cheaper non-titanium railed version is also available.
