Lightweight and comfortable – a stylish modern classic

The SLR has become a modern classic and it’s about the most popular high-end race saddle out there, both with amateur riders and in the pro peloton.

Don’t let the minimalist looks scare you off – this perch is extremely comfortable all day long thanks to just the right balance between flex and support in the 30 percent carbon composite shell, and the lightweight EVA padding that absorbs shocks and cushions the ride.

The fairly long and narrow nose isn’t particularly unusual, it’s just that the contours in the upper work more than most.

The full-grain breathable leather cover on this Fibra model adds a touch of class, while the carbon rails help keep the weight down to 135g.

There are lighter options in the SLR range, right down to the 88g C64 Carbon model, but comfort is compromised at that end of the scale. The SLR is also available in black, blue, red and yellow.
