Our review
Seriously comfy all-day ride for trails and technical terrain

The long length and hammock-like shape of this saddle offer the perfect combination of riding security with ease of movement out and along the saddle when you need it.

You can push into the slightly raised rear platform when pedalling hard or for those long grinding seated climbs, and it’s also just wide enough for standing support.

The nose is comfortably soft, with enough space to perch on for steeper uphills. The Phobos is extremely well made, with scuff patches to protect the upper edges and bumpers beneath to keep the dirt out.

It doesn’t come in widths so may not fit all riders, but if you want all-day comfort and manoeuvrability for more extreme sections of terrain the Phobos probably has your name on it.
