Great in the mud and surprisingly good on other surfaces too

Get Continental's Mud King rolling through the gloop and the aggressive, widely-spaced tread will do a great job of fighting for every last bit of traction while you just keep the bike on the line of your choice. Providing you keep things rolling, it’ll clear pretty quickly too.

The 2.3in width is narrow enough to cut through the crap when things get really boggy and there’s still enough support there to make sure things don’t feel too skittery when things firm up, as can happen with some thinner mud tyres.

Cornering is confident thanks to the Apex-reinforced sidewalls and decent-sized shoulder lugs, while the sticky Black Chili compound makes these tyres more than just mud-specific – hit roots and rocks with these babies on and the Mud Kings will just keep on gripping.
