Neat tyres with very low weight and well-spaced knobs to pick up any grip available while shedding mud effectively. We did feel they were a little narrow to use every day on the front, but as a rear tyre we liked them a lot.
In wet and muddy conditions the narrow profile cut deep into the mud, searching for the grip it usually found. They got us up most climbs, and managed it with a relatively low rolling resistance, so earned a lot of thumbs up in the test.
