We’ve been consistently impressed by DT’s Spline family and the DT Swiss P-1800 Spline is no exception.
The rim of this new entry level-priced model is relatively narrow by the latest standards but the shallow depth and well-tuned DT Aero spoke build keep it comfortable and help sustain speed across rougher surfaces.
Pick up from the standard pawl system is slightly slow but it’s light enough to be encouraging when it does connect.
It comes pre-taped with valves ready to add for tubeless use for an even smoother ride. RWS ratchet skewers are also included.
