Good, easy-to-put-on waterproof trousers, if a little on the bulky side

At this price we should all have a set of these in our wardrobe. These trousers are about function, not looks. They will keep you dry through your daily commute and could even be used for light mountain-walking because of their robustness.

The design is simple and uses only one fabric, called Altek, but it does boast a women-specific cut. The elasticated waist with drawstring could do with being a bit less constrictive, though. The pre-shaped knee does not hinder movement and the ankle zip allows you to slip on the trousers without having to remove your shoes. You can achieve two different lengths by folding the bottom of the trousers and clipping them, and the bottoms are also width-adjustable with two Velcro straps, which also helped to keep the excess material away from the chain. The back pocket uses also Velcro closure but is on the small side - don't expect to pack the pants into this pocket.
