Our review
Very capable on and off the bike, offering control, comfort and efficiency

This 2010 update has a revised upper, featuring extra reinforcement around the Velcro straps to aid foot support.

The all-new ratchet buckle is much easier to use and the adjustment increments are small enough to fine tune an ideal fit. They’re light for a trail shoe too, at just 930g.

The sole has a relieved section between your foot and your toes to allow for natural flexing with the foot as you walk.

Combined with the soft compound outsole and effective tread pattern, it gives great performance off the bike, even in the roughest terrain. The downside is that the sole flexes noticeably when you’re on the gas, losing you some efficiency.

Those gravity fiends among you will benefit from the extra control and feel of this flexible shoe, because it allows you to roll your foot in the shoe for cornering control, while still clipped in.
