Loud socks are so 2017. Shoes go pop for 2018

Fluoroscent's recent resurgence in cycling clothes, helmets and shoes may have recalibrated cycling's shared sense of what constitutes loud and proud. For 2018, cycling shoes have exploded into a cornucopia of shimmering, sparkling, reflective and otherwise colorful designs.
