Eric Porter is an American chap who is quite good at jumping about on bikes. Haro bikes to be precise...
The masters of old-school BMX have been busy and were contemplating not bringing Eric's signature bike, imaginatively called The Porter, into the UK. Thanks to a bit of pressure and some positive reactions though, here it is.
Its 4in of travel up front comes courtesy of a chopped down Fox Float 36 RC2 fork, whilst the rear gets slightly more at 4.5in via an ultra-tough single-pivot back end. Shifting is Shimano XT and stopping comes courtesy of some Hayes Stroker Rides.
The Porter is all about razzing about, so having said that, we're off for a razz... Keep an eye out for the little Haro in MBUK soon.
