These are relatively simple gloves but they never felt uncomfortable until it got really cold. The synthetic leather palms are lightly padded to provide some bump-taming comfort without sacrificing control and the fleecy backs, and terry towelling thumbs are nicely cut so they fit close and comfy. The grip is decent too.
Although heavy rain and frost cuts straight through the fleecy material, our hands didn't feel wet even when they were. And, although your hands chill quite quickly on the descents in properly cold weather, they reheat nicely afterwards so you're never nithered for very long. Typically for Cannondale, the gloves look as good now as they did when we first tried them months ago, which only adds to their value..
