Our review
Heavily padded, well insulated gloves that don’t restrict finger movement

The Cyclone glove from Pearl Izumi doesn’t try to keep you toasty by packing in bulky thermal layers. Instead it relies on blocking the wind from the outside with thinner thermal lining to insulate the still air inside the glove.

It works too, unless the temperature tips below freezing, then you’d do well to add a liner or upgrade to Pearl’s classic Amfib which will roast your hands, but reduce finger control.

The Cyclone is great if you like to put the miles in during winter, but the gel-filled palm pads are maybe a little tall.
