Pockets and details make it pricey, but there's no doubting its performance

Made from eVent fabric, the Montane Stormrider easily rivalled Gore-Tex jackets in heavy rain, and remained highly breathable at all times.

eVent is expensive material, and although a little cheaper than Gore-Tex it is still going to be pricey to make a feature-laden jacket from it. With two large front pockets and a spacious rear pocket with fantastic side entry zips, the Montane Stormrider has enough room to carry anything you could really want or need.

The collar isn't tapered or drawstring adjustable though, so depending upon your neck size not much can be done regarding fit in this area. The cuffs are tapered and Velcro adjustable, and the wrists feature reflective sections that face sideways when you're on the bike.
