Sorted lightweight crossover windproof jacket

Paramo are a UK company who focus on making quality outdoors gear. Their lightweight, close fitting, full-zip Fuera Crest jacket isn’t specifically a bike-orientated garment, though it works to ward off the wind and occasional shower as well as a jacket labelled windproof and showerproof needs to.

We’ve rolled this one up and stuffed it into already overflowing pockets and it’s testament to its low bulk that it always fits. Some scoff at hoods on bike jackets but we love them, especially when they’re as unobtrusive as this, though we’d like a bit more of a peak for better wear under a helmet.

There's a minimalist drop to the tail but nothing like a full blown bike tail, though we didn’t mind too much as we also like running in this jacket, so are happy to give away a little pure bike performance. We also like the cinch cord hem, reflective accents and adjustable wrist closures.
