Superbly efficient with slipper-like comfort...

Sidi's top level shoes offer fabulous comfort and support. The uppers are made from a glossy synthetic material that’s easy to wipe clean, with nylon mesh sections adding ventilation and padding on the tongue and around the heel.

Three straps let you fine-tune the fit perfectly, with the broad, low-pressure upper strap having a calliper buckle that’s easy to adjust on-the-fly. A rigid heel cup holds your foot securely, and if the fit isn’t spot-on, you can alter the heel retention system.

The sole is designed to flex slightly at the toe but that’s marginal – it feels really stiff and efficient – while an anti-slip panel at the front and replaceable polyurethane heel pad stop you skittering as you walk.

The downsides? The mesh panels are small, and so aren’t as breathable as some, and the features bump up the weight (674g for our size 46 pair). And, of course, there's that price tag… But they are incredibly comfy.
