Our review
Outstandingly focused long distance beam, but no peripheral and wobbly too

Gemini's cheapest light is basically just a torch with a simple U clip and O ring mount to fit most bar shapes. Two lens options give either an ultra focused beam… or a very focused one, so distance illumination is dramatically powerful. Peripheral coverage is almost nonexistent though, and excessive wobble can be distracting on rougher roads.

Three power options toggle output via a very light brush of the back button (it took us a while to get a feel for delivering the right sort of tap to make it work). The thermal protection circuit soon drops output automatically – hence long run times – unless it's very cold too.

The removeable battery charges in a special holder rather than using a simple USB lead, which is awkward if you want to top it up at the work and home ends of a commute. If you’re OK with separate light and battery units Gemini’s Olympia, Xera and Duo have always been good value, reliable and user friendly when we’ve tested them.
