Urban Cyclist magazine and BikeRadar are proud media partners for SPIN London: The Urban Cycle Show 2013. It takes the title for the world’s first urban focused bicycle consumer show and festival, and will be making its debut in East London on the bank holiday weekend of 3-5 May 2013.
Set in the historic hotbed of consumer cool and street culture at The Old Truman Brewery, SPIN London promises to be the hottest ticket the city has to offer for urban cycle traders, enthusiasts and the general public.
SPIN London looks to sharpen the focus on the urban cycling scene by embracing the most progressive, forward-thinking international brands and smaller independent makers of urban bikes. From fixies and singlespeeds to custom, road, commuter, compact and BMX bikes, there’s something for everyone!
It was only natural that Urban Cyclist magazine join in the festivities as SPIN London will be showcasing cycling lifestyle fashion brands, accessory retailers, plus creative talent and pioneers from this exciting urban cycling subculture. This creative community will assemble to discuss, share ideas and bring their unique products and spirit to the London public.
To complement the buzz of the event, London’s best emerging DJ talent will play throughout the show and festival. To complete the holistic festival experience there will be cycle art installations, talks and film screenings via a pedal powered cinema. There’s an opportunity to race your friends via Rollapaluza, and also sample specially created culinary sensations themed on the Tour de France and Giro D’Italia!
