From its base in Beringen, Belgium, Ridley has established itself as one of the most innovative bike manufacturers on the planet since it began 15 years ago.
BikeRadar recently travelled over to their factory to see the operation in action. The end result is a four-part video series produced in partnership with Ridley with the first two shown below.
Part one shows how they go from initial concepts and sketches to the finished product while part two looks at the manufacture of carbon fibre frames and how they manage complex distribution processes.
