Indoor cycling seems to be having a bit of a moment and, at this year's Eurobike show, Rouvy was showing off its virtual reality training app.

Rouvy uses what it calls "augmented roads" to create an immersive training experience. These combine GPS-based videos of real places with 3D-animated objects and rider avatars.

Like Zwift and others, Rouvy works with a smart trainer and allows you to compete (or simply ride with) other cyclists all over the world.
