Power meter cranks for Dura-Ace 9000 series at Tour de France

The new system means pro team mechanics won’t have to cannibalise older generation SRM-compatible 7800 arms to fit them to the new Shimano 11-speed 9000 series. Shimano’s senior marketing manager, Richard Keeskamp, told BikeRadar the new cranks will only be available through SRM.
Despite availability, the majority of Shimano- and SRM-sponsored riders at this year’s Tour will have to wait for the new crankset, as technicians from the German power meter manufacturers will need to visit each cyclist in turn to calibrate the system.
Team Sky have the jump in Corsica, site of the grand départ, because their mechanics have been trained to calibrate the units themselves.
