Around June-time SRAM are to release their new carbon bar end shifters, and carbon aero brake levers weighing just 100g a pair.
The brakes fit inside the handlebar ends in much the same way that a Dia Compe 166 lever does but the cables are routed inside the handlebars rather than beneath them so it is necessary to drill an exit hole for the cables somewhere close to the handlebars' bulge-formed section.
The bar end shifters are adjustable so that the indexing can start and finish where you want it to.
Castelli have released a new breathable jersey that is extremely lightweight. The fabric repels moisture so it feels less chilly than a conventional fabric when wet.
Mavic have released a new flagship carbon wheel (available June) that has taken design cues from the German Lightweight company by using carbon spokes that are bonded in to the rim structure. However, the rear wheel has adjustable left hand spokes. Expected cost is around Euros 2300. The cost of the SRAM products will be released at the Taipei show in Spring.
