Doddy gets Pushed...

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-16"?>

Having just finished building my Intense Socom frame for MBUK Superbike, there are still a few outstanding bits to sort out- one of them being the rear shock.
Ed from MTB Distribution sorted me out one of the new Nuke Proof Ti springs to run out back (I'd love to quote how much lighter it is, but the MBUK scales have gone walkies...)- which given the shock is up high on the Socom should make a fair difference.
Neil over at TF Tuned has also Push tuned my Fox DHX 5.0 shock to boot- which I'm really looking forward to riding. I'm heading out tomorrow to shoot Superbike, so I'll get a ride in then and will let you know how she feels, until then, here's me shock in all it's glory...

The bag of bits are what were removed from the original internals...

Steve Peat runs a custom Push tuned set-up...

Every TF Tuned shock comes with a detailed description of what's been done, and what that means for you and your shock. The description is filled in by the mechanic that actually works on your shock too...

Mmmmmm, Titanium..

I remember Nuke Proof from the first time round... Infact I still have a carbon fibre front hub floating around somewhere- I must dig it out and turn it in to a salt shaker or something...
