Not super-tough in our time tests, but pretty handy for quick stops

This parallelogram design offers great convenience due to it packing down to a small size. With a carry case included, it’s simple to transport too. Unfortunately, the riveted design has strength limitations.

Levering two links against each other puts massive stress on the rivet until it eventually pops, and that’s what happened to the FS 300 within 45 seconds.

That’s not to say that the device should be dismissed straight away. We think its flexibility is good for a quick cafe-stop, as is the obvious visual deterrent.
