Sportful continues its intrinsic and successful relationship with the top-level of the sport in 2018 with two of the 18 WorldTour teams racing in Sportful apparel, including the likes of three-time world champion Peter Sagan (Bora-Hansgrohe) and five-time Grand Tour winner Vincenzo Nibali (Bahrain-Merida).

Launched as part of the company's Spring/Summer 2018 collection, Sportful is celebrating its relationship with the Bora-Hansgrohe and Bahrain-Merida teams by adding three new jerseys to its extensive range.

The three Bodyfit Pro 2.0 jerseys offer professional standard pieces that are identical to the team issue kit for pro WorldTour riders, with the only notable difference being the lack of sponsor logos.

Sportful Bodyfit Pro Light jersey

The Sportful Bodyfit Pro Light jersey does exactly what it says on the tin. The size medium sent by Sportful tipped the BikeRadar scales at just 102 grams, with weight-saving features including laser-cut sleeves, a tiny waistband silicone gripper and light structured fabrics, which perhaps come at the small cost of modesty.

Sportful suggests a suitable temperature range for the jersey of between 20–35 degrees Celsius — think hot mountain stage or desert race — but would also be suited to fast summer chain gangs or cycling trips in the sun.

The Bodyfit Pro Light jersey retains the traditional three rear cargo pockets, with the fabric offering enough stretch for a few tools or spares, a smartphone and some fuel.

The Sportful Pro Light jersey is available in black/white, grey/black/yellow and grey/black/red (photographed).

Sportful Bodyfit Pro Evo jersey

Borrowing several features from the Bodyfit Pro Light jersey, including a low collar and a similar panel construction the Bodyfit Pro Evo jersey is Sportful's offering for all-around pro-level performance in all but the hottest summer conditions.

Billed as what Sportful says is the "default race jersey of our pro teams", the jersey has performance at the forefront of its design and can be worn for nearly every stage of a Grand Tour without issue.

While the temperature range is stated as 20–30 degrees Celsius, with a vest baselayer and arm warmers the jersey might also be suitable for a few degrees cooler.

The Bodyfit Pro Evo jersey features several fabric materials in the various panels of the jersey. Using the same aero stretch shoulder material as the Bodyfit Pro Light jersey, a four-way stretch material with more coverage is used on the front and rear of the jersey.

Around the rear of the waist, elastic and a silicone gripper prevent any riding up of the jersey while reflective piping on the hem is a welcome addition.

Sportful's Bodyfit Pro Evo jersey is available in black/white, blue/yellow (photographed), grey/yellow, grey/red and raspberry/coral.

Sportful Bodyfit Pro Classics jersey

Designed more for colder weather racing, the Sportful Bodyfit Pro Classics jersey is constructed from lightly brushed fleece material for extra warmth without limiting breathability.

A higher collar than the other two jerseys in the range, plus a flap over the full-length zipper are other features that optimise the Bodyfit Pro Classics jersey for temperatures in single digits up towards the mid-teens in degrees Celsius.

Sharing the rear waist hem and reflective piping as the Bodyfit Pro Evo jersey, the Bodyfit Pro Classics jersey also has silicone dot grippers on the inside of the sleeve to ensure the sleeves stay in position and don't ride up when worn with arm warmers.

The Bodyfit Pro Classics jersey weighs 185 grams and is available in grey/yellow, black/white and raspberry/coral (photographed).

Sportful Bodyfit Pro 2.0 range

In conjunction with the range of three Bodyfit Pro jerseys, Sportful also offers a Bodyfit Pro Ltd bib short — keep your eyes peeled for a review soon — and a Bodyfit Pro road suit, which integrates a jersey into shorts for fast riding and racing.

While it is nice to wear pro-level kit, it's fair to say not all of us need to. Sportful retains the Bodyfit Team jersey in the Spring/Summer line-up priced at £75 / €79.90 /$119.99.

I look forward to getting more acquainted with the Bodyfit Pro jersey range and posting full reviews of them soon.
