Our review
Some great functions for action riding shots and mountain biker proof to boot

We reviewed the previous µ1050 SW version of this camera and broke two of them during shock-testing. This new, slightly more expensive, model has stood the test of time.

Waterproof to 3m and drop-proof from 1.5m, the lens now has an automatic retracting cover, so it’s ready for shots as soon as you retrieve it from your muddy pocket.

There’s a sequential shot mode which fires multiple images quickly – great for high-speed action. Another biker-friendly feature is the digital simulated fisheye effect. It really brings out the action in any shot.

You can tap the camera body to scroll through the functions, but the buttons are easy to use, even with gloves on.
