It’s available in both men and women’s versions, and is underpinned with a new fabric technology.
The 2.5-layer nylon ripstop fabric responds to you and breathes really well – the smooth coating on the inner surface of the fabric doesn’t have that sticky plastic feeling next to your skin that many waterproof shells often have. It’s absolutely waterproof and copes with varying weather brilliantly.
With rubber wrist adjusters, a draw-cord hem and hood adjusters you can tailor the jacket even more to fight the elements. Taped seams and waterproof pockets enable safe stashing, and the two side pockets can double up as vents – although they’re not as effective as pit zips.
Its performance cut allows for plenty of layers without ballooning, and the combination of dropped tail and long arms suit all. At the same time the looks are casual and stylish.
