NZO are a New Zealand company who sell direct from their website (www. nzoactive.co.nz). The Mudguard is their fully waterproof casual/riding jacket made from their 100Proof fabric, which is both waterproof and breathable.
Performance-wise, it couldn't cope with intense riding and struggled to transfer moisture, but was more than capable for low-tempo riding duties. It features fully taped seams, an elasticated waist and an integrated hood. The cut is fine, but there's no significant tail drop. The hood isn't removable and when it's rolled away the tight cut of the jacket around the neck stops you zipping up all the way. We were left underwhelmed considering the relatively high price.
