Nike Sphere Dry long sleeve jersey review

Nike loves to get technical over every detail and they certainly have done here, with the three dimensional design of the fabric; small, well-spaced loops of polyester keep the main body of fabric away from the skin surface.

A technical jersey with love it or hate it design features

Nike loves to get technical over every detail and they certainly have done here, with the three dimensional design of the fabric; small, well-spaced loops of polyester keep the main body of fabric away from the skin surface to allow air to circulate and reduce the cling factor when the jersey is loaded with sweat - the loops also help transport the sweat to the outside of the garment where it can evaporate. The principle works, too, with the Nike Sphere jersey remaining dry even on hard climbs, though the Stay Dry fabric wasn't as cosy on the cold rides where warmth counted as much as wicking.

Deep, double rear drop-sided pockets are capacious and easy to access, the three-quarter zip allows for removal over a helmeted head, and you'll either love or hate the longer than normal drop tail (we'd have preferred it two inches shorter).

Product "9257" does not exist or you do not have permission to access it.
