Endura Equipe Endurance bib shorts review£99.99

Feature-filled for your riding comfort

BikeRadar score4.5/5

Developed with Endura’s pro team, the Equipes feature seam-free inner thighs that have more resistant elasticated Lycra than the outer thighs, so the shorts are supportive but flexible. The lightweight Y-shaped mesh back shifts moisture quickly, and the narrow braces stay put.

The pad has a four-way elastic stretch and a bobbled surface design. The Equipes offer similar performance to the best performers in the field, and despite not coming with any extras – such as a wash bag – at £50 less they’re fantastic.

Simon has been cycling for as long as he can remember, and more seriously since his time at university in the Dark Ages (the 1980s). This has taken in time trialling, duathlon and triathlon and he has toured extensively in Asia and Australasia, including riding solo 2900km from Cairns to Melbourne. He now mainly rides as a long-distance commuter and leisure/fitness rider. He has been testing bikes and working for Cycling Plus in various capacities for nearly 20 years.
