Swrve Softshell Trousers review£110.00

Water-resistant pants

BikeRadar score3.5/5

Swrve are a US brand with a similar ethos to the UK's Rapha – they make serious cycling gear, but with a knowing nod to urban fashion.

The Softshell trousers are made from stretchy, wind and water-resistant Schoeller fabric, fleece lined for comfort, and they work well.

We wore them on some grotty days and they offered warmth and good weather protection without feeling at all sweaty, and they also survived a couple of falls.

The tapered ankles mean they don’t get caught in your chain and the Farah Slacks aesthetics mean you can get away with wearing them in the office or pub.
