LOOK Carbon EDH drop handlebar review£224.99

Eye-catching road bar

BikeRadar score2.5/5

Shining white gloss paint and eye-catching graphics, along with swept back tops, mark out the EDH bar as something special.

The ovalised top section’s rearward sweep is just right, and blends seamlessly into the drops to create a stable hand position. It’s comfortable with a range of levers too.

On the downside, the sweeping shape gets in the way when you’re down on the drops unless riding in a bent-elbow aero-tuck, making descents a wrist-bruising ordeal.

Comfort on the drops and hoods was notably different, with a hard feel in the hoods mellowing to ample comfort once in the drops.

He now mainly rides as a long-distance commuter and leisure/fitness rider. He has been testing bikes and working for Cycling Plus in various capacities for nearly 20 years.
