Weighty, but still a comfortable and long-lasting bargain classic

The Rolls is a classic that's been around for ages, and it's still with us for good reason. Despite the weight, the Rolls is one of the most comfortable saddles ever made, and once you've got one broken in you'll realise just how comfortable a saddle can be.

The traditional tip of soaking the saddle with water before riding it for the first time has proven to be a bit of an old wives' tale, but nonetheless there are die-hard Rolls riders who still swear by it. Steel rails, a nylon hull and a lightly padded leather cover are all simple but extremely good quality components that make up this classic into a dependable and highly durable saddle.

For some reason, Americans seem to like calling this saddle 'Euro' or even 'very Euro', which is all the more reason for using one. Our test saddle was the limited edition Union Jack version, but it's also available in black.
