A Pronghorn PR6 mountain bike worth £4,500 was stolen from Dees Cycles bike shop in Amersham, Buckingham yesterday.

A reward is being offered for information leading to the recovery of the distinctive bike, which features the Danish company's unusual top tube-mounted shock design.

The distinctive 19in demo bike is only one of a few in the country and has the following components:

Fox RP23 rear shock with no sticker
Fox Talas 36 160mm forks
Mavic CrossMax SX wheels
Kore fnishing kt
Kenda tubeless tyres
Shimano XT drivetrain
Shimano XT brakes
