Athertons, Charlie Hatton and Trek part ways after three years

With three World Championship titles, 11 World Cup wins and two overall World Cup victories, Trek and Atherton Racing are now parting ways.

Atherton Racing is also saying goodbye to Kade Edwards, its rookie rider who's proven his worth on the Junior World Cup scene, taking 2018's downhill World Championship title in Lenzerheide, Switzerland.

However, Rachel, Gee and Dan Atherton, and Charlie Hatton will all be staying on with Atherton Racing for 2019, but with a different title sponsor.

The rumours have been rife, of course, with people suggesting that the Athertons will join Cube, Merida or even Norco. The cat isn't out of the bag just yet, but we're keen to find out!
