Mountain bike racers Gee, Dan and Rachel Atherton have extended their contracts with Commencal for another two years.
Gee and Rachel will compete in the Mountain Bike World Championship, World Cup and other races on board the company’s Supreme DH rig, while Dan will race 4X on Commencal’s Absolut 4X titanium bike. Fox Racing Shox, Animal and Shimano will provide components and clothing.
Max Commencal said: “Today we have reached a new level with the Atherton clan, with their intense passion for riding and huge motivation to win.”
Team manager Dan Brown added, "The signing of this two-year contract enables us to embark on new and exciting projects which will fuse the Athertons’ wealth of riding knowledge together with the great development skills and resources of Commencal.”
