Berliner Fahrradschau, the German capital’s international cycling lifestyle show, has teamed up with top urban bike maker Schindelhauer to create the unique BFS ThinBike Limited Edition.

Designed for practicality and easy storage, the bike features pedals that flip up and handlebars that twist in order to live up to its ThinBike name. The innovation continues with a Gates carbon belt drive, front light dynamo and integrated seat-post lights. There’s also a bell built into the brake lever, custom mudguards and a front rack, while 24in wheels with thick tyres and a long wheelbase make it ideal for darting around the city.

The bike, which has already won the coveted Red Dot Design Award and iF Design Award, is being produced in a limited edition run of only 25. Each comes with its own specially numbered horizontal rear dropout. The polar white frame is finished with the Berliner Fahrradschau logo on the seat tube.

No prices are yet confirmed, but being so limited a production, we're expecting it to feature plenty of digits before the decimal point.
