Last year the pro dirt jumpers and dual slalom riders at BikeRadar Live made us all green with envy as they effortlessly soared through the air, styling it up at every opportunity.

Well, this year don't just stand there and gawp – get stuck in! A top team of instructors from CycleActive will be on hand to deliver their unique fast-track 'Pump and Jump' training programme on a custom-built track.

You might think it takes years to learn how to fly through the air with control and style, but in just 45 minutes the professional coaching team will show you how to pump the bike for accurate and easy lift, precise take-off and smooth landings, every time – and it won't cost you a penny, as all the sessions are free.

“Last year we coached hundreds of people at BikeRadar Live, and saw some amazing progress," said CycleActive main man Chris Ford. "It often surprises people what can be achieved in such a short space of time, but that’s our area of expertise – spotting what corrections need to be made to help people move forwards quickly and confidently. It promises to be a great event!”

To be sure of getting a place, sign up at the CycleActive EZ-UP as soon as you get to BikeRadar Live, as spaces are strictly limited. Children between 12 and 18 must be accompanied by a parent, who does not need to ride with them but must be present throughout.
