As well as all of the spectacular cycling events going on at BikeRadar Live on 10-11 July, we’ll have loads of off-the-bike entertainment too, including live bands, DJs and more.

Kicking off the weekend, the Scott Sunset Sessions will feature a host of DJs from 6-11pm on Friday 9 July in the Terrace behind the Kentagon Bar.

Harry Eriera starts the night, followed by Dickon Hepworth and his electronic soul music, then Mountain Biking UK’s own music guru and features editor Doddy will hit the wheels of steel.

If it’s live music you’re after, the Big Top will play host to the Backyard Flames from 6-7.15pm. London five-piece The Backyard Flames are an electrifying indie-rock band with a distinctive punky edge, and over the past four years have played some of the capital’s best-loved venues – including Underworld, Astoria, Islington Academy, Dublin Castle, Hope & Anchor – as well as performing on the continent. More information on the Backyard Flames can be found at www.myspace.com/thebackyardflamesmusic.

From 8.15-9pm CoverStar will take over the Big Top, handpicking the most popular musical hits from the last 50 years and adopting an ‘all killer, no filler’ strategy for their set. With songs from The Killers, Kings of Leon, Amy Winehouse and more, they’re not to be missed.

After a hard day’s riding on Saturday, head to the terrace behind the Kentagon for the Scott Sunset Sessions where Gareth Plant, Scott Cooper and Mac 2 will be pumping out electronic house music with sidesteps to dancehall and hip hop, as well as unique remixes of the biggest underground house and techno tracks.

DJ Dub Renaissance will host Saturday night’s activities in the Big Top, with his unique brand of reggae, including dub, roots, ska, rocksteady and toasters.
