Rhino-Rack's latest roof-mounted XTray Pro cargo rack features two bike fork mounts for 15mm thru-axles. Combining bike mounts and cargo space is a good solution for smaller roof racks or hauling loads of gear.

To be fair, most cyclists also enjoy other outdoor activities — and, as we all know, that usually involves hauling around lots of gear. So a cargo rack with integrated bike racks is an excellent solution.
There are a few competitors from the big rack brands. Thule's and Yakima's cargo racks require mounting additional accessories to haul bikes, while Kuat's cargo racks include bike mounts, but only for 9mm quick-release forks.
