Entry to the 2013 Dartmoor Classic will open at 9am on Monday 29 October.
The sportive, based in Kingsteignton, Devon and organised by the Mid-Devon Cycling Club, has become one of the most popular events on the UK calendar since it was launched in 2007.
All 2800 places sold out for this year's June ride in three weeks when tickets went on sale last November, demonstrating the interest it's generated. We were at that event too, and found it to be one of most challenging we've ever tackled.
The event's home since it began, the Abbrook Park Sports and Social Club, is under threat because of plans to develop the land, with organisers currently taking steps to find an alternative.
