Young mountain bikers with a flare for pump track design have a chance to turn their fantasy trail into reality – and get to ride it on their own DMR Wrath bike.

A CTC-led competition with DMR Bikes and design company DHUD wants wannabe pump track riders to design the trail that will be turned into reality at the CTC's MTB and pump track venue in Milford, Surrey.

One of the competition's judges, DMR Team rider Olly Wilkins said: "As a child I would spend hours planning out and designing jump sites. My friends and I even made rollers, berms and jumps out of Blu-Tac to test out where each obstacle sat.

"I'm excited to see what everyone comes up with; the design process is often overlooked and is mega important to all of us who ride."

To enter, download the CTC entry form and follow the instructions to design the track. Post your entry to CTC Parklands, Railton Road, Guildford, Surrey, GU2 9JX by 23 September. Alternatively hand it in at the CTC stand at The Cycle Show (booking code BRD) at the Birmingham NEC by 28 September.
