The DVO Diamond fork is set for release in 2014. It pumps out 160mm (6.3in) of air-sprung travel that can be internally adjusted down to 140mm (5.5in). Prices are yet to be confirmed.

There’s certainly a few similarities with the Emerald – DVO’s inverted downhill fork – including the adjustable negative air spring, the OTT (Off The Top) which lets riders adjust how sensitive the fork is during the initial part of its stroke, and the compression assembly, which can be removed and fettled without loss of oil.

The Quick Range adjuster allows the rider to toggle through the entire low-speed compression range with a 180-degree turn of the dial when hitting a climb or pedally section.

There’s also high-speed compression and low-speed rebound adjusters to help get the Diamond fully dialled in. Similar to the RockShox Pike, the Diamond’s stanchion tubes measure in at 35mm and they also use a 15mm through-axle. In terms of compatibility, the Diamond will be available in 26in and 650B options. @font-face { font-family: "Times New Roman"; }@font-face { font-family: "Stainless-Light"; }@font-face { font-family: "BentonSansCond-Medium"; }p.MsoNormal, li.MsoNormal, div.MsoNormal { margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt; font-size: 12pt; font-family: "Times New Roman"; }table.MsoNormalTable { font-size: 10pt; font-family: Courier; }p.BiggerStainlesssBodycopy, li.BiggerStainlesssBodycopy, div.BiggerStainlesssBodycopy { margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt; line-height: 10pt; font-size: 8.5pt; font-family: Stainless-Light; color: black; letter-spacing: -0.15pt; }div.Section1 { page: Section1; }
